Spencer the Jeweller opened in the quaint grade two listed building in the heart of the small town of Eccleshall in April 2004.  The highly skilled jeweller spent 17 years training , designing and manufacturing fine jewellery in Birminghams famous Jewellery Quarter before relocating to Staffordshire.
